What is the status of my order?

Once you have placed your order, we will send you a confirmation email to track the status of your order.

Once your order is shipped we will send another email to confirm the expected delivery date as well as the link to track your order.

Can I change my order?

We can only change orders that have not been processed for shipping yet.

Once your order has been shipped we cannot accept any edits to your order.

How long does it take to ship my order?

Orders received before 1 pm are shipped out that day with next-day delivery. 

In most circumstances, orders received after 1 pm are shipped on the same day. However, we don't guarantee it as it depends on your delivery partner's availability.

Note that orders shipped on Friday are delivered on Monday in the UK.

2. Payment

What payment methods do you accept?

You can purchase on our website using a debit or credit card.

We additionally offer support for Paypal, ShopPay, and Google Pay.

Which currency will I be charged in?

We currently only support GBP currencies for charging our customers in their local currencies.

If your credit or debit card uses another currency, then you will be charged in (currency) depending on the website you are on. Your bank will apply the corresponding conversation rate of the currency you choose.

Do you offer to buy now and pay later?

We accept payment in 4 instalments with our partner Clearpay.

You will be able to choose that payment option at checkout.

Do you offer a student discount?

We currently do not offer a student discount but we do offer 15% off your first purchase with the code: RELCO15

3. Shipping

Where are the products shipped from?

We ship from our warehouse in the UK.

Next Day Delivery (Order by 1pm GMT Monday-Friday).

Please note orders placed on Friday will be delivered on Monday


We ship to the following European countries in 3-5 working days for just £10: Austria, Belgium, Czech Republic, Denmark, France, Germany, Italy, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Slovakia, Spain. 

We are able to ship to all other European countries in 3-7 working days. 


We offer international shipping for £20.

Do you offer fast shipping?

Yes, we offer FREE next-day delivery across the UK (Order by 1 pm GMT Monday-Friday). 

How can I track my package?

Once your order is shipped you will receive an email to confirm the expected delivery date as well as the link to track your order.

Will I pay taxes for international shipping?

Deliveries outside of the UK will have to pay customs taxes.

4. Returns

Do you accept returns?

Returns are accepted. You may return your order or part of an order for a refund up to 14 days after the day on which you receive the product(s). Provided that the returned items are unworn and are returned to us with their original packing with any tags attached "as new".

Can I exchange an item?

If you'd like to return your item for an exchange of its size or colour, we'll send your replacement to the default delivery address on your account.

Are returns free?

Please note that you'll have to cover the postage costs yourself.

How long does it take to process a return?

Any refund will automatically be issued to the card you used to place the original order. This typically takes up to 5 working days in the UK, depending on your bank/card issuer.

5. Sizing

How can I measure trousers?

In order to choose the best trousers size, we advise taking measurements of a pair that fits you best. Firstly, spread the trousers on a flat surface and get rid of any wrinkles and fullness. Then take the measurements:

WAIST: The front of the waistband should lay directly on top of the back of the waistband. Measure across the top of the waistband from one side of the trouser to the other.

FRONT & REAR RISE: Measure this region by starting from the crotch seam spot to the spot of the waistband. Now, flip the trousers over and measure them the same way.

THIGH: Starting at the crotch seam and ending 5 cm / 2 inches below the hip area.

KNEE: Next remove any wrinkles and fullness if present. Measure across the knee area.

LEG OPENING: Start measurement beginning from one side of the leg opening to the other side of the leg opening.

INSEAM: Measure the inseam gap from the crotch, at the spot where the front and back seams meet.

Do I need to create an account to shop online?

No, you can shop online as a guest. However, creating an account lets you keep track of your orders online.

Do you have physical stores?

We currently don't have any physical stores.
